Dishes like uni (sea urchin) with creamy foam made from scallop roe, and wagyu aged and smoked with Peruvian herbs wowed diners with their harmonious blend of Peruvian and Japanese culinary elements.
Food critics love Maz, too. It debuted with two Michelin stars in the 2024 edition of Tokyo¡¯s Michelin Guide. At this year¡¯s Asia¡¯s 50 Best Restaurants awards, it was ranked 28th, continuing its steady climb up the list.
