The Japanese government said Sunday that it will provide patrol boats and communications equipment to the Cambodian military under its official security assistance program.
Cambodia will receive aid under the OSA program, which provides defense equipment free of charge to like-minded countries, for the first time. The value of the announced aid amounts to ?500 million.
