A recent poll reported that 81% of 937 parents and guardians of elementary school children had concerns about ÏÄĞݤßÖФÎß^¤´¤··½¤äѧÁ•¤ÎßM¤á·½ (natsuyasumi-ch¨± no sugoshikata ya gakush¨± no susumekata, how to manage time and learning during the summer holidays).
According to the report, 41% of respondents said their top concern was that ÏĤÎég¤ÏѧÁ•Á•‘T¤¬ÂÒ¤ì¤Æ¤·¤Ş¤¦ (natsu no aida wa gakush¨± sh¨±kan ga midarete shimau, study habits are disrupted during summer).
Á¼¤¤Á•‘T (Ii sh¨±kan, Good habits) are difficult to build, but they fade easily. Without healthy ʳÁ•‘T (shoku sh¨±kan, eating habits) and ß\„ÓÁ•‘T (und¨ sh¨±kan, exercise habits), the risk of Éú»îÁ•‘T²¡ (seikatsu sh¨±kan-by¨, lifestyle-related diseases) increases. For Japanese parents, managing their children¡¯s ѧÁ•Á•‘T (gakush¨± sh¨±kan, study habits) is also a worry.
