Luca, a Labrador mix, recently turned 4 years old and tips the scales at just over 34 kilograms. For anyone who loves big, intelligent, affectionate, fun-loving and super playful dogs, Luca is the one for you. She was given up due to family circumstances and is new to ARK, but will likely be scooped up soon.
Typical of Labs, Luca is easily distracted when exploring the great outdoors. On walks, she may suddenly want to chase a butterfly ¡ª or a leaf! But she comes when called, which is a relief for a dog of her size. She¡¯s very intelligent, knows a lot of tricks and appears to understand quite a few commands.
Good with people of all ages, Luca also used to live with a cat and so will likely be fine with a feline companion. We¡¯re hoping to find a family that can lavish her with love and attention. She¡¯ll undoubtedly return every bit and then some.
