Hereinafter called ¡°CyberSolutions¡±.), which has one of the largest shares in Japan of the number of users of mail & chat system for corporate members.
DELIVERING THE INNOVATION OF AI TO 1.3 MILLION USERS
alt Group’s AI development platform, ¡°Altgo.com¡±, will be available for use by the approximately 1.3 million users of ¡°CyberMail¡± and ¡°MailBase¡± series of corporate messaging solution provided by CyberSolutions. This will result in the users of ¡°CyberMail¡± becoming able to provide solutions using an AI engine without creating a new account with ¡°Altgo.com¡±.
Furthermore, a new solution named ¡±CyberAI¡± will be started. ¡°¡±CyberAI¡± is a hybrid of CyberSolutions’ mail, chat and archive services and alt Group’s numerous AI technologies. The largest Big Data within a company is said to be the archive data of emails and chats. ¡°CyberAI¡± can utilize this archive data to devise technology enabling a more efficient and smooth communication or making trend forecast possible by data analysis. ¡°CyberAI¡± conducts analysis based on the day-to-day communication data accumulated for each individual. The conventional interactive engine often made ¡°machine-like responses¡±. As opposed to this, communication reflecting the features of each individual can be realized with the help of AI.
