Tsunan Sake Brewery¡¯s Junmai Daiginjo sake ¡°GO DINER¡± has been selected for the Christmas Special Set sold by Hotel Belnatio, located at the Atema Kogen Resort in Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture.
This limited Christmas offering allows guests to enjoy GO DINER, a sake awarded the Gold Medal in the Junmai Daiginjo category at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) 2025, paired with an exclusive Christmas menu supervised by Executive Chef Mitsuhashi of Hotel Belnatio.
The sake selection was curated by Mr. Oshiki, store manager and Semifinalist in the Retail Service Category at the 6th World Kikizakeshi (Sake Sommelier) Competition. Through his personal commitment to achieving the finest harmony between local cuisine and regional sake, GO DINER was chosen as ¡°the perfect sake for Christmas.¡±
